Currently the chance of pursuing study while working in South Korea is widely open. This has been considered as a good opportunity that bring many benefits for students; international working experience and income generating. SEAMOLEC designed a programme for high schools/vocational schools graduates in Indonesia to join in SEA-Korea Programme. Students will be taught how to manage time for studying while working, and to train them to be discipline.
There are many opportunities for students to work in South Korea, this will help them not to be too dependent with their parents – in terms of living allowance. Beside that, universities in South Korea also provide many scholarship for outstanding students.
Several skills that need to be prepared are English and Korean language, with minimum of daily conversation skill. This has been a rule assigned by South Korean government as it will help foreigners to socialize with people of their surroundings. Eventually their Korean language is expected to be improved after few months of staying.
