The Webinar on Multimedia Utilization in Teaching History and Culture

SEAMEO Regional Open Learning Centre (SEAMOLEC) under the coordination of SEAMEO Indonesian Centres Coordinator (ICC) and in cooperation with the Directorate General of Culture, as well as Research and Development Body of the Ministry of Education and Culture (MoEC) of Indonesia is going to conduct the Webinar on Multimedia Utilization in Teaching History and Culture. The online event is planned to be held on October 21, 2020 at 13.30-16.00 hrs.

This programme is aimed to broaden digital learning experience and perspective on teaching history and culture to benefit both teachers and learners. On the other hand, it will also serve as a forum to share best practices from the Southeast Asia region.

• Efforts to make history and culture learning easier
• Assistance for the visualization of historical sites, historical objects, and pasts events
• Developing historical learning modules with digital media utilization
• Digitizing historical/cultural content in the industrial era 4.0
• The importance of history and culture learning in disruption era
• Best practices of technology utilization in teaching history and culture

This webinar will be using mixed language: English and Bahasa Indonesia.
