The Education Quality Assurance Centre (BPMP) of North Maluku and SEAMEO SEAMOLEC held a webinar titled "Innovation in Learning Design: Enhancing the Quality of Learning through Creative Media" on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM Eastern Indonesia Time. This webinar aimed to assist educators in designing innovative and effective learning media while sharing best practices to support the Merdeka Curriculum.
The event featured two speakers; Mr. Timbul Pardede from SEAMEO SEAMOLEC, who presented “Microlearning: Innovation of Learning Design and Media Development” and Hj. Iriany Hasan, S.Pd., M.Pd., the Technology Ambassador for North Maluku Province, discussed the use of Seesaw Class for portfolio assessment and digital classrooms. Participants included educators, school principals, curriculum developers, and the general public.
The webinar was conducted online via Zoom and SEAMEO SEAMOLEC’s YouTube channel. Participants who attended until the end and fulfilled the requirements were eligible to receive an e-certificate. This event is expected to enhance educators' skills in creating meaningful, interactive, and technology-based learning experiences.
