In human resource development, SEAMEO SEAMOLEC refers to one of its functions is to provide trainings in the development and practice of open and distance learning systems. This function is in line with an effort to support education for all, and flexible and life-long learning, to provide advice and information on the system and the techniques for implementing open and distance education, to conduct research and to share expertise. In implementing the function, SEAMEO SEAMOLEC has its core training activities, i.e:
